This research is aimed to knowing and analyzing the effect of
the cash position, debt to equity ratio, return on asset and firm
size to divident payout ratio. The type of data used in this study
is pool data which is a combination time series, and cross
section. panel data regression anlaysis test, election panel data
reression estimation techniques, heteroscedasticity test,
regression model analysis, and regression model testin and
regression coefficients. The result showed that the partial debt
to equity ratio and firm size no significantly influence the
divident payout ratio, while the cash position, return on asset
significantly influence the divident payout ratio.
Simultaneously, cash position, debt to equity ratio, return on
asset and firm size variable have a significant to divident
payout ratio.

Perbedaan tersebut dapat dilihat dari pola perilaku, sikap (pandangan/cara mereka terhadap su.itu hal/masalah) dan kepribadian (Sarwono, 2000) keduanya. Hal lain yang pasti berbeda pada tiap orang, bahkan pada kembar identik adalah susunan DNA mereka.

Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan model pengembangan sistemik program pendidikan Al–Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan
yang sesuai dengan Misi Muhammadiyah dengan mengsinergikkan organisasi dan lembaga pendukung yang terdiri dari; Ikatan
Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah(IMM) dan Amal usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) sebagai sistem pengembangan kader Muhammadiyah
melalui perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah (PTM). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, teknik
pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui presentasi dan
deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian difokuskan pada pengkajian dan analisis program pendidikan Al-Islam dan
Kemuhammadiyahan yang dilaksanakan pada Akademi Kebidanan Muhammadiyah-RSI Jakarta, kemudian mendeskripsikan dan
menganalisis nilai-nilai Kemuhammadiyahan yang sesuai dengan Misi Muhammadiyah dan juga peranan organisasi dan lembaga
yang mendukung langsung pelaksanaan program pendidikan Al–Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan di PTM.

The concept of integration of science in al-Quran is a comprehensive scientific paradigm. Al-Quran in this context is the axis of science that became the point of departure once the basic postulates of the various branches of science. Integrating this knowledge can be reached in several ways. First, the Islamization of science, which attempts to evaluate, revise and modify the Western science-Secular through the viewpoint of values and teachings of Islam. Second, “ilmuisasi Islam”, that attempts to interpret the source of doctrine or discipline of Islamic viewpoint rationally and empirically that Islamic teachings can be received objectively by everyone. Integration of science in the al-Quran can be seen through several aspects, namely: first, aspect ontology / nature and subject matter of science. In this aspect, al-Quran integrates object between the materials science of concrete (al-present) and the non-material (al-unseen). Second, aspects of how to get it (epistemology). In this aspect, the al-Quran integrates positivistic methods (empiricism and rationalism) with the intuitive method and revelation. Third, aspects of axiology / use value and purpose of science. According to al-Quran, it is not a value-free science, even had possessed and favoring certain value, which is to create a benefit for mankind and the universe.

According to Ibn Khaldun, the main factor underlying the building of a civilization is science. Science and teaching is the basic human nature. Teaching and learning process comes from the desire and curiosity of human as their natural essence. This process finally demands society to manage their livelihood to create a better civilization. This study aims to test extract ethanol of leaves Pennywort (Centellaasiatica L. Urban) toward fertilitation of female white mice Sprague Dawley strain at the praimplantation. Parameters used implantation (IM), loss of gestation (KGE) and death of pasca-implantation (KPI) after 15 days pregnant.This research conducted from April 2014 in the biology laboratory of UHAMKA, East Jakarta. The sample used 24 rat that divided into four treatment, namely: control(D0), 125(D1), 150(D2 and 175 mgkg-1 bw(D3)with Complete Random Design.The results of data by paired samples test analysis obtained significant differences (p<0,05) between the control group ( D0 ) with the doses 150 mgkg-1 bb (D2) on the decline IM and an increase KGE.On the percentage the average KPI obtained influence is no real different ( p>0.05 ) in all treatment, but a tendency increased the KPI average percentage in the doses 175 mgkg-1 bw (D3).The conclution of this researchis the ethanol extract of leaves Pennywort can reduce the percentage of the average number on implantation (IM) and increase the loss of gestation (KGE) with an effective dose of 150 mgkg-1 bw. Then, the tendency to raise the post-death implantation (KPI) early stage at a dose of 175 mgkg-1 bw.

Solanum melongena (eggplant) is one of the diversity of the Solanum family which
is grown and widely spread in Indonesia and widely used by the community. This research
explored the genetic diversity of four local Indonesian eggplant species namely leuca, tekokak,
gelatik and kopek by using RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA). The samples were
obtained from Agricultural Technology Assessment Institute (BPTP) Bogor, Indonesia. The
result of data observation was in the form of Solanum melongena plant’s DNA profile analyzed
descriptively and quantitatively. 30 DNA bands (28 polymorphic and 2 monomorphic) were
successfully scored by using four primers (OPF-01, OPF-02, OPF-03, and OPF-04). The
Primers were used able to amplify all of the four eggplant samples. The result of PCR-RAPD
visualization produces bands of 300-1500 bp. The result of cluster analysis showed the
existence of three clusters (A, B, and C). Cluster A (coefficient of equal to 49%) consisted of a
gelatik, cluster B (coefficient of 65% equilibrium) consisted of TPU (Kopek) and TK
(Tekokak), and cluster C (55% equilibrium coefficient) consisted of LC (Leunca). These
results indicated that the closest proximity is found in samples of TK (Tekokak) and TPU
(Kopek).

Mosses is a species of exotic and charming with a unique combination of characteristics of each of its members. In Indonesia, this species can grow lush and abundant, however it was not a lot of investigate for content of this plant. This study aims to determine the diversity of bryophyta views by morphological and secondary metabolites. This research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. Sampling was conducted in four locations in Bogor Indonesian Regency by randomly. Analysis of the data used descriptive analysis to find the value of Rf (Retardation Factor) which converted into a form of the data with UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group Method with Arithmetic Mean) model. The results showed that four types has been founded, namely Dicranella sp., Funaria hygrometrica Hedwig, Bryum billardierii Schwaegr and Pogonatum contortum Brid. Profile content of secondary metabolites showed that Dicranella sp., B. Billardierii, F. hygrometrica and P. contortum contained alkaloids, phenolics, triterpenoids/steroids and terpenoids. Kinship at the level of morphological traits and characteristics content of the secondary metabolites presented that Funaria hygrometrica Hedwig and Bryum billardierii Schwaegr (66.67%) have a closer kinship than among Dicranella sp and Funaria hygrometrica Hedwig (63.64%) meanwhile between Bryum billardierii Schwaegr and Pogonatum contortum Brid (51.52%).
